Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ageless Coach (agelesscoach.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Use of Content

All content on Ageless Coach, including text, graphics, logos, images, and HTML formatting, is the property of Ageless Coach and is protected by copyright law. You may read, share links to, and quote brief excerpts of our content with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute full articles without written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our content to create competing health publications, scrape or bulk-download our articles, misrepresent Ageless Coach content as your own, or use our platform to distribute spam or malicious content.

Newsletter Subscription

By subscribing to The Ageless Brief, you consent to receiving weekly email newsletters and occasional updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email. We process subscriptions through Beehiiv in accordance with their terms of service.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Ageless Brief Pro is offered with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period, and if you cancel before the trial ends you are never charged.

After your trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at $5 per month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime: open any Ageless Brief email, click “Update your email preferences” at the bottom, and choose “Cancel paid subscription.”

When you cancel, billing stops at the end of your current paid period. You keep Pro access through the time you have already paid for, your subscription does not renew, and you move to the free Ageless Brief. Cancelling your paid subscription does not remove you from the free newsletter unless you also choose to unsubscribe.

We do not provide refunds for billing periods that have already been charged. All paid periods are final.

User Submissions

If you submit content through our contact form, community features, or other channels, you grant Ageless Coach permission to use that content for improving our platform. We will not publish your personal information without consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Ageless Coach is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our content. See our full Disclaimer page for details on our health content limitations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ageless Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

If Something Goes Wrong

If a court finds that any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest of the Terms still apply. We’re also not responsible for failures or delays caused by things outside our reasonable control — outages at our hosting or email provider, internet problems, natural disasters, or similar events.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
